1. Service Agreement

By engaging Cifufi's auto diagnostic and repair services, you agree to these terms. Cifufi provides professional vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services across Malaysia.

2. Service Scope

Cifufi offers services including Roadworthy Labs, Drive Shield, Auto Wellness, FlexiRepair, and Performance diagnostics. Service descriptions are provided during initial consultation.

3. Payment & Pricing

• Quotations are provided before service commencement
• Payment must be made upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are subject to change without notice

4. Warranty & Liability

Cifufi warrants workmanship for 30 days from service completion. We are not liable for damages from improper vehicle maintenance post-service or third-party interventions.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking for full refund. Partial refunds apply for work already commenced.

6. Customer Data & Privacy

Cifufi collects vehicle and contact information for service delivery only. Your data is protected under Malaysian data protection laws. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cifufi's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect losses, vehicle damage caused by external factors, or service delays beyond our control.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, matters are subject to Malaysian law and jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

Cifufi reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
